Although Poland is the largest goose producer in Europe, this meat still appears too rarely on our tables. Meanwhile, goose has always been part of our culinary identity - it has been served in traditional Polish homes for centuries, especially around Saint Martin's Day (November 11). Goose meat is distinguished by its unique taste - delicate yet deep and pronounced. Importantly, it is also very healthy:
contains complete protein,
is rich in unsaturated fatty acids (including omega-3 and omega-6),
provides iron, potassium, magnesium, and B vitamins,

Delicate, creamy goose pâté is a classic in a modern version. The combination of meat with the fruity sweetness of quince and the depth of red onion confit creates an exquisite introduction to the feast.
Bay bolete / horseradish
Traditional Polish sour rye soup in a completely new version - prepared with broth from smoked goose, with aromatic bay boletus mushrooms and spicy horseradish. This soup perfectly warms you up and evokes the atmosphere of autumn evenings.
Potato gratin with chestnut / caramelized beetroot / demi-glace
Juicy goose leg confit, slowly braised in its own fat, is a true culinary performance. Served with potato and chestnut gratin and velvety demi-glace sauce, it creates a main dish that will delight every gourmet.
Mint / cinnamon ice cream
Light, aromatic rhubarb crumble is the perfect ending to the autumn menu. The combination of tart rhubarb, crunchy crumble, and cinnamon ice cream gives a pleasant feeling of warmth and sweetness after the rich main courses.
