The foundation of the exquisite cuisine at the Natura restaurant is local products: fresh, organic, infused with the aromas of Pomerania. Each menu item is a culinary journey that delights with modern techniques, presentation, and exceptional taste. This has been appreciated by the Gault & Millau guide, which awarded the restaurant two toques.

For us, seasonality is the most important aspect, with carefully selected top-quality ingredients, fresh herbs, unique compositions... cooking with passion. Finesse in every detail, naturally, healthily, deliciously... for you!

The Restaurant's menu card is based on products related to the tradition of the Pomeranian region, cultivated, caught, or raised exclusively in the local areas within a distance no greater than one hundred kilometers from Rozewie. Local products are the most important to us. The main flavors dominating the menu are inspired by a modern vision and using the latest culinary techniques that are the domain of the Chef.

The Chef, Sebastian Truszkowski, has devoted 25 years of his life to working in the kitchen. He has achieved many successes in national culinary competitions and has worked with top Polish and foreign chefs. He loves to return to the roots of Polish cuisine and incorporate new culinary trends into it.

Breakfasts at the Natura restaurant delight with a wealth of options, colors, aromas, and exquisite taste. Carefully selected ingredients and additions, warm dishes prepared during summer live cooking on the terrace, and the smoked fish favored by our Guests – it’s good to start the day deliciously and pleasantly!

Restaurant Natura is not only excellent flavor compositions but also an impressive space. The interior, stylistically referencing the surroundings – forest and sea – along with a spacious terrace integrated into the forest, provides an ideal setting for organizing family gatherings or business dinners.

The intimate Fireplace Room located in the Natura restaurant is a place where you can immerse yourself in reading your favorite book with a cup of tea and feel time start to flow more slowly.

Right next to the restaurant, there is a bonfire area that comes to life every Friday. It is also the perfect place where we can prepare fish and meats in our own smokehouse for an evening under the stars, organized upon your request.

Herbs, edible flowers, and some vegetables that we serve in the restaurant come from a year-round greenhouse located within the resort. Carefully tended and organically grown, they reflect our cooking philosophy: with care for each ingredient, respecting nature and its seasonal variations.

Delicacies for the youngest

Our chefs have perfected the art of creating dishes that children love. For the convenience of our youngest guests and their guardians, we offer special high chairs that make it easier to enjoy the treats prepared for them.

Nothing tastes better than homemade products... In Restaurant Natura you will enjoy:

  • jams without added sugar and preservatives made from juicy and ripe fruits,
  • natural yogurts and cottage cheeses, free from chemicals, making them far better and healthier,
  • butter made in a traditional way, evoking childhood memories,
  • vitamin-rich cocktails according to traditional recipes,
  • smoked meats, cold cuts, stringed hams, and fish straight from the smoker, without any added chemicals,
  • vegetables and herbs straight from our greenhouse and vegetable garden.

Additionally, the served eggs come exclusively from free-range hens (marked -1), and the local honey is produced by bees in their region from local pollens. The harvested honey is not heated, processed, or pasteurized, making it a 100% natural product.
The straws used in the Restaurant are made from natural wheat and are 100% biodegradable. Plastic plates have been replaced with paper plates, and cutlery is made of steel or from wheat bran/wood.
