We are looking for an experienced person in active sales of business stays and the organization of family events at the picturesque coastal cliff resort Rosevia Resort & SPA.
If you are not afraid of challenges, have spatial imagination, and enjoy contact with nature – this job is for you. If in addition you can work under time pressure (also on weekends), carry out tasks with commitment from start to finish, and easily establish relationships with people – we are looking for you.

Your scope of duties:
- Achieving sales budgets and ongoing monitoring of sales results.
- Sales and coordination of event/accommodation organization and ensuring smooth communication between resort departments and clients.
- Reporting on sales activities conducted.
- Skillful sales negotiations resulting in high sales conversion.
- Active acquisition of new clients and consistent building of the resort's client portfolio.
- Maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Cooperation with other departments in the resort to maximize revenue and maintain high client satisfaction.
Our requirements:
- Experience in a similar position in active sales.
- Knowledge of the hotel market
- High interpersonal skills – communication skills, negotiation abilities, ease of establishing relations, and high personal culture.
- Very good work organization, independence, and operational skills.
- Practical knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Readiness for teamwork and working under time pressure.
- Knowledge of English enabling fluent communication will be an additional advantage.

Technical Supervision
We are looking for an experienced person in technical supervision and infrastructure maintenance at the picturesque Rosevia Resort & SPA located on a seaside cliff.
If you are not afraid of challenges, value working in a natural environment, and can look at the facility with a “technical eye” – this job is for you. If, in addition, you work independently, can respond quickly to faults, maintain order, and responsibly oversee the infrastructure – you are exactly who we are looking for.

Type of contract: Contract of mandate, B2B contract
Employment type: Part-time (2-3 times a week)
Your scope of duties:
- Supervision and control of the technical condition of the facility.
- Maintaining installations and equipment in full technical efficiency.
- Diagnosing and eliminating faults and failures.
- Performing inspections of installations and infrastructure elements.
- Implementing improvements and modernizations.
- Optimizing media consumption and responding to current technical needs.
- Cooperating with subcontractors regarding maintenance and repairs.
- Maintaining order in assigned rooms and technical areas.
Our requirements:
- Education minimum secondary.
- Experience in a similar position in the field of technical supervision (min. 2 years).
- Industry knowledge regarding installation and operation of technical devices.
- High organizational skills, independence, and responsibility.
- Ability to cooperate and communicate in a team.
