Design is a functional, two-level apartment of about 85 square meters. The apartment is on the side of the green belt separating us from Rozewska Street. An interior staircase, one story high, leads to the entrance of the premises. On the apartment's first level, there is a living area with a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a bed for two adults and a bathroom with a shower. The sofa in the living room folds out to the size of a comfortable bed with a comfy mattress, which one adult or two children can use. The Roman duck staircase leading to the second floor has a safety gate for children. The second level has an open space with two single beds. Adjacent to the apartment is a spacious balcony with a seating set.
