Cancellation conditions

In order to maintain the reservation guarantee, the customer is required to make a 50% prepayment within 3 days of booking. The rest of the payment is payable on site. It is possible to cancel / change your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival in the medium and low season. After this date, the prepayment is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other orders.
